How To Upload A YouTube Video To A Facebook Fan or Business Page

How To Upload A YouTube Video To A Facebook Fan or Business PageI have been asked a lot lately, how I uploaded YouTube videos to my Facebook Pages.  So to make things easier in the future, I decided to just write an article post about this topic that I could direct people to.

In case you didn’t know, you can’t just upload a YouTube video to one of your Facebook Pages.  The YouTube video needs to be converted first.    So to do that is really quite simple.  Just follow the steps below and you will be good to go.

  1. Have the YouTube video that you want, open in a tab or window
  2. Open a new tab or window, and go to www.keepvid.com
  3. Copy the YouTube video link and paste the link into the URL area on keepvid.com and click download
  4. You will be given a choice.  Save the video as an MP4 to your computer
  5. Now open and go to your Facebook Fan or Business Page and go to the video tab and click upload
  6. Browse and choose the video you saved and want to use
  7. give the video a title and a short description, and then proceed with uploading the video to Facebook
  8. As soon as the video is approved, it will show up on your Facebook Page and you can then start directing people to it

You see, it really is quite simple to do yourself.  I would even suggest creating a folder on your desktop just for these Facebook videos.  I hope this was helpful.  If it was please leave a comment and retweet this article post.  Good luck in your endeavors.

Facebook Changes Rules On ‘Pages’ Tabs

Facebook Changes Rules On Pages Tabs We as Internet Marketers have been hit hard by the Google,  YouTube and Squidoo slaps and now there is Facebook slapping us again. Facebook has been making a lot of changes lately and here is one that you will want to pay attention to, or it can  cost you in advertising dollars and loss of sales. It’s the rule change on the ‘customized’ tab.

If you’ve been on the Internet for any amount of time, then you have realized that it best to stay ahead of the game & avoid any future problems.

I have come across an article that explains this rule change, and how to stay ahead of it, at least for now. What I like about this author is her continued efforts to help keep Internet Marketers informed on essential topics.

What I like about this post, is the fact that it comes with a video  along with the article, that shows you exactly what to do in this situation.
